Back in the day, when the edge of maps represented the edge of the known world, it was the explorers who went beyond!

In The Explorers’ Club we rekindle and reignite the essence of the unknown, the unplanned and the unexpected and take you on a journey of discovery .

Experience the thrill of exploration, discovery and adventure; of pushing the envelope; of shared experience and challenge with us in The Explorers’ Club.

So what is the Explorers’ Club?

It’s a no frills, small group, 2 day/2 night expeditionary trek with an SAS combat veteran as your very own guide and mentor.

Who’s this for?

This is for people with an adventurous spirit who enjoy a challenge and love getting into the great outdoors. You enjoy a journey off the beaten track with all the surprises and challenges that brings.

What do we do on the expeditions?

We explore and learn. We explore areas usually untouched by humans and we learn some cool bush and survival skills.

Where are the expeditions?

We currently run expeditions in South East Queensland, Snowy Mountains and the Blue Mountains.

Do I need to be fit to take part in the expeditions?

A good base level of fitness is required to fully participate and enjoy the expeditions.

How far are the treks?

This depends. The expeditions will range anywhere from 20 km to 70 km+. The fitter the group, the further we go (terrain dependent).

What gear will I need?

All you need to provide are suitable walking boots and trekking clothing, a good hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, and a sense of adventure as well as humour! We will provide all other necessary expedition related equipment.

Sounds great, how much?

Expeditions don’t come much cheaper than this at $660.00 (inclusive of GST). This includes all expedition related equipment, rations, insurance and SAS wisdom. It does not include your transport to the start point or back from the finish point.

So, if you’re up for a bit of adventure and exploration. If you’re willing to carry your house on your back for the weekend in the wilderness (unsupported) and if you want to be part of a small team (max of 6 explorers) lead by former SAS veterans then this is for you!
